FLAVOUR:
Purple Haze is named for it's deep purple bine and massive growth habit. In a beer it has soft bittering and gives the impression of lime sherbet with floral & spice undertones. We make a lager with Purple Haze hop cones that tastes fresh and refreshing just like your favourite Mexican or Japanese lager. Sort of like Steinlager with attitude. It is also useful hot side for making West Coast Pilsners and Hazy IPA's.
