FLAVOUR:
Limealicious is an abundant grower with lime green leaves and hops that give a subtle Lime flavour and soft bittering along with Rockmelon, Lychee and green gooseberry. Subtle floral aromas and flavours complete the picture offering elderflower and apple blossom. It is brilliant in a Helles style lager.
HISTORY:
Limealicious was grown from a seed from a Motueka hop cone crossed with TD103M in 2020. The plant has lime green leaves which tend to go yellow with lime stripes in full sun. The young growth is purple. The hop cones are large and easy to pick.
GROWTH / YIELD:
Limealicious is a fast grower with cones that are picked mid season.
