For this volume we have chosen beers that are famous in their part of the world and some international beers you may be already familiar with. In some instances where the ingredients of a recipe have recently changed, we provide an earlier version along with the newer version for comparison.
While the book assumes you know how to brew, there are discussions regarding traditional and newer techniques and instructions on how to convert the recipes to malt extract versions.
